Order Cancellations We know plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact our team immediately at support@clairsupplements.com

Because our priority is fast shipping so you receive your products as soon as possible, we can only process cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed by our distribution center.

How to request a cancellation: Please send an email to [Insert your support email] with the exact subject line: URGENT: Order Cancellation - Order # [Insert your order number].

Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. If our distribution team has already processed the order, we will not be able to stop the shipment.

What if my order has already shipped? If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you are fully covered by our standard Returns Policy. Simply wait for the package to arrive and then return the physical item to us within 30 days of receipt to receive your refund. Refunds will not be issued for shipped items until the product is returned to our facilities.
